Once we understand what you need, your architect will draw and design a full set of plans for the new space, working closely with your project manager throughout to make sure the design and the build remain aligned. When the drawings are complete and all engineering calculations have been recorded, we submit everything to the local council on your behalf and manage the approval process from there.
