Sebastian Grayson
As an award-winning property consultant I was increasingly aware that many London homeowners wanted to expand their homes to create extra space with a Loft Conversion and or an Extension instead of enduring the hassle ,costs and risks associated with moving home. So in 2018 I co-founded SimplyEasy Refurbs with Mark Madsen. My aim has been purely to develop the leading London Lofts and Extensions company, with the strong focus being on delivering a superior service in customer care in a simple and clearly structured way every time.
Mark Madsen
I co-founded SimplyEasy Refurbs with Sebastian Grayson having spotted an opportunity in the market for a dedicated professional service to homeowners. I bring considerable experience over many years of developing successful businesses dealing direct with the consumer and have a passion for customer service leading to quality outcomes.
Marius Suratkevicius
I have over 10 years experience in project managing loft and extension builds for some of the leading loft building company's. I will be project managing the project from start to finish making sure the client is happy every step of the way with the progress.I feel my extensive knowledge, experience and personable approach will help clients feel at ease when dealing with me.
Emma Grayson
I have over 7 years experience working within the property industry working with customers. My job here at SimplyEasy Refurbs is to make sure the client is always happy and supporting them every step of the way through their Refurb journey. I am on hand 7 days a week should you need me!
Laura Morgan
I have 9 years of experience in sales and customer service. I joined SimplyEasy Refurbs as I am passionate about all things people and property, I will likely be the first person you meet from the team and I will be the one to find out exactly what your trying to achieve from your extension and your needs then be able to talk you through the build process and I will be always contactable to support you through your build journey.
Daniel Sweeney
I have 8 years of experience in the London property industry. I am passionate about helping people improve their properties and get great satisfaction in knowing that I am playing a part in increasing space and value to our customers' homes ,I am always on hand, happy to help and will always be contactable to support you through your build journey.
Dominik Neyerlin MSc
Dominik qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in May 2019 and completed his Masters Degree in Real Estate at UWE – Bristol. Dominik previously worked in the construction sector and has a keen interest for the build environment, which he hopes will be a valuable asset when dealing with Party Wall awards. In his spare time, Dom enjoys keeping fit and enjoys participating in and watching sports, in particular football.
Toma Pranceleviciute
I have four years of experience as a project manager managing loft and, extension builds and, I proudly hold an RICS QS diploma. Before working with SimplyEasy Refurbs, I worked with property developers for eight years, gathering a wealth of experience working on big extension projects. I work hard to make sure all projects run smoothly and, I get great satisfaction out of seeing my clients happy.
Lile Arlauskaite
I have over eight years of experience working in customer service. I enjoy working with customers and project managers to consistently ensure that every project stays on track to meet the scheduled deadlines and that all orders and deliveries are fulfilled efficiently and effectively.
Paul Cox
I bring a wealth of experience with me, having been in the property refurbishment industry for over 10 years now. My knowledge, passion and experience will offer you an honest, professional and transparent service throughout your project.
Christopher A'Santi
I can support you in designing and creating your perfect dream kitchen or bathroom, with expert advice throughout the design stage. I can visualize the end result and help you make well thought out decisions and to overcome troublesome areas. Kitchens and bathrooms can be supplied and fitted or I am happy to fit customer ordered kitchens and bathrooms, whilst still working with you every step of the way. I take huge pride in all of my work and making sure the customer is always happy with the end result.
