We’re a London-based design and build company specialising in kitchen extensions, basement extensions, and loft conversions, and we aim to keep things simple.

We manage the full project in house, keep disruption to a minimum, and have a dedicated point of contact for you throughout the build. As a family run company we’re a close knit team and are red-hot on communications. Our founder Sebastian is involved in the day to day, so don’t be surprised if you get a call from him to check you’re happy with how things are progressing.

SimplyEasy Refurbs was co-founded by Sebastian Grayson and Mark Madsen, who both wanted to make the loft conversion process much more streamlined, clearer, and more customer-focused.
