Who manages the project? Do I need to hire an architect and project manager separately?

We offer a full design-and-build service, meaning drawings, structural engineering, planning, building control and construction are all managed under one roof with a single point of contact, in the form of your own dedicated project manager. If you already have an architect, that’s fine too: we’re equally happy working to your existing drawings.
