After the site visit, you can expect to receive a detailed quote and proposal within three to seven days. Take the time to read over the information and make sure that everything is in line with your plans for the project. If you have any questions or there is anything that you would like to change before going ahead, simply give us a call and we will be happy to make adjustments to the proposal for you or talk through any ideas that you might have.
Going Ahead
If you’re happy with the proposal and ready to go ahead, we will ask for a deposit and get a start date booked in for your loft conversion. We will also book the design team to get your loft conversion design drawings completed, starting the planning stage, and begin making your ideas into reality.
Preparing For Your Loft Conversion
At this stage, we will also provide you with advice and information that might be required regarding your loft conversion. If planning permission or a party wall agreement is required for the type of loft conversion that you want, we will not be able to go ahead with booking and designing until this has been obtained.
