How To book a Loft Conversion

Get started by filling out the contact form on our site to book your loft conversion. We’ll ask for your name, email address, and telephone number so that we can get in touch to further discuss your requirements and get you booked in. If you already have some ideas that you would like to discuss with us or have any special requirements that you think we should know about before getting started, you can add this to your booking.

Our Call

Once you have filled in the online contact form, we will be in touch with you as soon as possible to discuss your plans and book your loft conversion visit. During this call, we will attempt to find out as much as possible about the plans for your project and determine what you want to achieve with the space. Don’t worry if you are not sure exactly what you want just yet – our experts are more than happy to help you with suggestions and have a conversation about your plans to help you come up with something that will work well.

Site Visit

Once we’ve established your plans for the project, we will book a site visit for your home so that our experts can come over, talk through your project, tell you more about the process of the loft conversion, take measurements, and answer any questions that you might have.

Quote

After the site visit, you can expect to receive a detailed quote and proposal within three to seven days. Take the time to read over the information and make sure that everything is in line with your plans for the project. If you have any questions or there is anything that you would like to change before going ahead, simply give us a call and we will be happy to make adjustments to the proposal for you or talk through any ideas that you might have. 

Going Ahead

If you’re happy with the proposal and ready to go ahead, we will ask for a deposit and get a start date booked in for your loft conversion. We will also book the design team to get your loft conversion design drawings completed, starting the planning stage, and begin making your ideas into reality. 

Preparing For Your Loft Conversion

At this stage, we will also provide you with advice and information that might be required regarding your loft conversion. If planning permission or a party wall agreement is required for the type of loft conversion that you want, we will not be able to go ahead with booking and designing until this has been obtained. We can provide you with more information on how to obtain a party wall agreement or planning permission if necessary – just ask.
