We added a substantial amount of space to this lovely family home in Greenwich with an L-shaped loft conversion adding an entire new floor to the terraced property. The conversion added enough space for an additional bedroom and nursery, adding more cosy, relaxing space to the home. We also included a modern en-suite bathroom.

The loft extension and first floor refurbishment on this gorgeous detached home in Streatham is one of our favourite projects. The client wanted to add significant extra space to their home, which was achieved with a spacious loft conversion including a double bedroom and a large en-suite bathroom including a modern bathtub and shower. We carried out a refurbishment of the stairs and landing and added a second new bathroom with a walk-in shower. Skylight Velux windows finish the look.
